Cadillac Drive Kits

BDS Polished drive kits are manufactured from aircraft aluminum and steel alloys to ensure maximum performance and durability. A number of options are available to customize your drive kit for your specific requirements (see Drive Kits Options section).

Accessory vee grooves can be provided to drive the water pump, alternator, power steering, and air conditioning accessories. They are available as stackable vee's or as one piece units. All drive kits utilize a steel crank hub or harmonic balancers with two key ways (stock and 1/4") to replace the stock factory harmonic balancer. For more information on harmonic balancers and crank hubs, please refer to the blower crank hub section.

These drive kits are easily adaptable to non-BDS steel balancers as a custom drive kit.

The drive kits are listed below in alphabetical order by engine manufacturer. If your engine/blower combination is not listed, BDS may be able to build a custom drive kit specifically designed to meet your needs. Contact the BDS Customer Service Department for additional details.

Drive Kits for the 671-871 are available for most V8 engines manufactured by Cadillac. Accessory drive vee grooves are available for water pump, alternator, and power steering. This drive kit includes a steel crank hub. Some factory brackets may need to be modified for clearance of the blower system. See BDS pricing for upgrade options.
